We are seeking a talented and creative UI/UX Designer with strong graphic design skills to join our
dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for designing user-friendly digital
experiences and a keen eye for visually compelling aesthetics. This role combines UI/UX design
with graphic design responsibilities, ensuring a seamless blend of functionality and beauty in all
deliverables.

Role Description:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and developers, to understand user needs and business goals.
• Design and prototype user interfaces for web and mobile applications using tools such as
• Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design concepts.
• Develop wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and interactive prototypes.
• Ensure consistency in design across all platforms by adhering to design guidelines and standards.
• Translate complex ideas into user-friendly designs that align with brand identity and user expectations.
• Stay updated on the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve designs.
• Create visually appealing graphics, icons, and illustrations for digital platforms.
• Design marketing items such as banners, social media creatives, and promotional assets.
• Develop brand assets, including logos and style guides, to maintain visual consistency

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a portfolio showcasing design projects.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar software.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and practices.
• Experience with usability testing and incorporating user feedback into designs.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with accessibility standards and designing for inclusivity.
• Knowledge of motion design and micro-interactions.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Understanding of basic analytics to measure the effectiveness of designs
• Motion graphics and animation experience.
• Experience with accessibility standards and responsive design.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
